En France, ces personnes sont sous contrat d&#039;insertion pour une durée maximale de 2 ans.<br /> <br /> Le statut des entreprises d&#039;insertion est varié : SA, SARL, EURL, SCOP, associations.<br /> <br /> == en France ==<br /> Les entreprises d&#039;insertion signent une convention avec l&#039;Etat pour chaque personne en difficultés d&#039;insertion professionnelle. L&#039;objectif n&#039;est pas tant de proposer un emploi (un CDDI comme on dit : CDD &quot;insertion&quot;), mais de permettre à la personne de &quot;se réinscrire sur un parcours de réinsertion professionnelle&quot;.
